CREAMY CORN SOUP

ingredients:

1 tbsp oil
1 tsp chopped garlic
1\2 cup chopped onions
2 tsp chopped thyme
1\2 cup corn paste

600 ml water
1 pkt knor's sweet corn veg soup
1\2 cup fresh cream
1 tsp crushed black pepper powder

method:
step 1: heat yhe oil in a soup pot over medium heat. add chopped garlic and onions and saute until fragrant.

step 2: add corn paste and saute for 30 seconds.

step 3:add knor's sweet corn veg soup ,water and mix well.

step 4: add fresh cream,salt and crushed pepper and bring to a boil .

step 5: pour the soup in a bowl and garnish with grated cheese and chopped parseley

step 6: serve hot with salad
